SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n

All wars differ in their goals, nature, methods of conduct, and yet the influence of the psychological factor on their outcome does not decrease. Psychologic traumatic factors of the combat situation can become a \u00abpsychological drama\u00bb for service\u00admen, and only by ensuring a high level of combat and psychological training it is possible to form a sustainable counteraction to these factors. Consequently, the urgent problem is the constant improvement of ways of psychological training of the personnel, targeted at enriching special knowledge, developing professional skills and a creative approach to solving battle tasks. At the same time, the development of creative thinking is not possible without taking into account the convergence and divergence of thinking of a given individual. It is also necessary to train several servicemen in sub-units, those with leadership qualities and who are capable of taking on the functions of leading a unit with distributed responsibility in emergency situations.<\/p>\n

Thus, owing to psychological preparation, the possibilities for efficaciously performing a battle task will increase and the impact of psychologic traumatic factors will decrease. However, this is a necessary, but not a sufficient condition if synergistic interaction is not formed among the personnel members, and only the command staff is endowed with the qualities characteristic of a leader.<\/p>\n
