SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n

Constant development of armaments and military equipment leads to a qualitative increase by leaps in their combat capabilities, and, meanwhile, to a significant complication in terms of operation and maintenance. The continuous acceleration and intensification of military operations cause both a sharp increase in the volume of ammunition consumption, which does create serious problems for technical support in terms of supplies, and massive losses of armaments and military equipment, which causes major problems in terms of their technical maintenance \u2013 diagnosis and repair.<\/p>\n

In order to tackle such problems a number of ways and means fostering the optimization of these processes are applied, namely, the attraction of highly qualified specialists, the organization of diagnosis and repair of damaged armaments and equipment in places, closest possible to the battlefield (location of broken equipment), etc.<\/p>\n

In these terms, providing urgency and accuracy of diagnosis has become a task of special importance. At present, diagnosis is performed by means of both integrated (board) devices, and external stands. The accumulation and statistical analysis of diagnosis details allow us to correct the results of factory experiments (testing) conducted in peacetime based on the results of using these types of armaments and military equipment in combat operations. This helps developers and manufacturers to determine what engineering changes should be made in order to increase the life cycle of a given unit (part, assembly), as well as the whole of the sample of armaments and military equipment.<\/p>\n
