SUMMARY<\/strong><\/p>\n

The hybrid use of various methods and forms of struggle features the modern warfare, with information struggle fitting well into the logic of conducting hybrid wars as their component.<\/p>\n

The article discusses the information and information-psychological components of modern forms and methods of struggle, while analyzing and assessing a number of ways and techniques, inherent to the information counterfight. The scale of their application and their high efficiency are indicative of their urgency in modern conflicts, and proof of the productivity of their application as a serious tool in information counterfight. Moreover, the information comprehension of the counterfight transformation from physical to that of the cyberspace allows us to consider and assess it both in the logic of modern hybrid warfare, and as a manifestation of strategic deterrence and strategy of indirect actions, an important condition for the troops and population protection from targeted informational influence, etc.<\/p>\n

The article analyzes a number of methods and techniques of information struggle in a certain application, illustrated by selected examples. Among them, the authors discuss the methods of the so-called \u201cblack\u201d campaigning (propaganda), which are an unalterable component in modern warfare. The main recipients of the influence of the presented methods are the state, society, their leaders, and the personnel of the Armed Forces. At the same time, the article particulary emphasizes the importance of increasing media literacy both at the public and individual levels as a countermeasure against such influences.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
